Sellar Arachnoidocele: An Unusual Evolution in a Case Report

The sellar archnoidocele is a herniation of the subarachnoid space within sella turcica which often associated with variable degree flattening pituitary. Its clinical presentations range from an asymptomatic radiological finding to endocrine and neuro-ophthalmological manifestations. management depends on initial symptomatology requires long-term follow-up. We report here case young child followed for statural delay GH deficiency secondary arachnoidocele, who presents rather unusual evolution.
